We had a good opening night. It wasn't perfect, but it went well. We are continuing to have fun and that's why I do theater. Because its fun! So after opening we went next door to La Palma for after show cocktails and karaoke! It was so excellent.

Rochelle and Adolpho rocked "Summer Nights" from Grease! It was so funny! The rest of the cast that was there played the parts of the T-Birds and the Pink Ladies.



I love my cast. Everyone was so welcoming and even though I don't have a lot of theater experience they didn't think twice about acting with me. They just did and I appreciate that. :)

So today Kimmy, Megan and I were watching Star Wars and we took a little break to try and take those crazy pictures where you whip your head back and forth and when you take the picture your face looks absolutely absurd. So we were trying it. Mine were awful. I looked like I was getting punched in the face. Megan's were excellent. But if I post them she will KILL me. Kimmy kept laughing in the middle of hers so hers look ethereal. They are beautiful. :)

Happy April Everyone!

I went and got groceries and toiletries today and Laura and Rachel came with me. Laura wanted candy so she grabbed a pack of M&M's and when she discovered that there was a possibilty that she could win movie tickets, the following picture ensued.



So funny. And then on the drive home I was talking about how it was April Fool's Day but it came out as "Gaypril" and Laura got really excited because she collects gay men. So Gaypril is Laura's month. :)

Today is Benjamin Day! He and I didn't get off to the best start this year, but all of a sudden a few weeks ago he started "picking on me." Randomly one day he asked me if I had a little brother. I told him no (as a reflex. I have other boys I call my brothers.) And then he said "You do now!" So Benjamin is my new little brother. Except he is my big little brother. He's like...six feet tall. Today we're talking about Kimmy! I met Kim last year in University Singers but we started to get to know each other a little better this year. She's super silly and fun and I really enjoy spending time with her!

Don't we look related?

These are my cousins. Chandler is the one on the left and Drew is on the right. They are so cute and loveable. They are hilarious. I love them. :) They frustrate me so much some times but when I hear them laugh I forget about all of that!
